OverviewAbout this sailing

This five-day course builds the foundational skills needed to sail a boat with confidence. Participants work on core sailing skills, boat handling and standard sailing techniques, with a strong focus on practical time on the water. The course follows the requirements of the Yachting Association of India Level 1 certification.

Basic safety procedures are covered alongside every skill, so participants learn to sail safely as well as correctly. On successful completion as per the course requirements, participants receive a Level 1 Sailing Certification from the Yachting Association of India, which forms the first step in the formal sailing certification pathway.
