1. Information we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone number, and password.
  • Booking information: activity, dates, participant details, and payment status.
  • Payment data: processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners — Peakshor does not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

  • To process bookings and communicate with you about them.
  • To connect you with the activity operator for logistics and safety purposes.
  • To improve our platform, recommend relevant activities, and prevent fraud.
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders, and — if you opt in — marketing updates.

3. Sharing your information

We share only what's necessary for your booking to work: your name, contact details, and participant count are shared with the operator running your activity. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Activity operators, for booking fulfillment.
  • Payment processors, to complete transactions securely.
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Law enforcement, only where required by applicable law.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and restrict access to personal data to employees who need it to do their jobs. No system is completely secure, but we continuously review our practices to reduce risk.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time from your profile settings, or by contacting us directly. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

7. Children's privacy

Peakshor is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental consent as part of a supervised booking.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
