The agreement between you, the hosts who run the trips, and Peakshor as the marketplace.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or booking an activity through Peakshor, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
Peakshor is a marketplace connecting travelers with independent adventure operators. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment — the activity itself is delivered by the operator, who is responsible for its execution and safety on the ground.
3. Bookings and payments
- Prices shown at checkout include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
- A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
- Peakshor may cancel a booking and issue a refund if an operator is unable to fulfil it.
4. User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, follow operator safety instructions during activities, and treat guides, operators, and fellow travelers with respect. We may suspend accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
5. Operator responsibilities
Operators listed on Peakshor are independent businesses responsible for holding required permits, insurance, and safety certifications for the activities they offer. Peakshor performs a verification check before listing but does not operate the activities directly.
6. Assumption of risk
Adventure activities carry inherent risk. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance provided by the operator. Age, fitness, and health restrictions listed on an activity page must be honestly self-assessed before booking.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Peakshor's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Peakshor is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent operators.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings; open bookings will still be honored under the Cancellation Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Peakshor is registered.
